Maine apne office "AAA FINANCE SOLUTIONS" mein staff hiring ke liye 2nd January, 2024 mein Rs. 5294 ka Corporate Plan Purchase kiya tha and maine vaha specifically likha bhi tha ki muje kaise staff ki requirement hain. Mera registered number [protected] hain. Maine purchase se pehle hi Tele Sales Executive "Mr. Sonu Kumar Gautam - WI01243" ko tab hi bataya bhi tha ki muje agar relevant feedback ya response nahi aayega to refund k liye proceed...

I have paid charges in workindia app because i wanted to post a add for job but i didnt read the information and paid money for the package but then i saw their was no refund option in the app. I tried to contact them by mail and call i told them my problem but didnt got any solution so i decided to complaint in consumer forum....

Paila portal lana bolta hai fri cunsaltancy bol ka block karta hai company bhi raige to cunsaltancy bol ka block karta hai service bhot kharab hai koi bhi ya portal mat lo time waste or money wast hai

We AM Placement purchased job posting subscription and we submitted all required document.by name its appears that its PLACEMENT agency but after some time workindia stopped its services that you are consultancy.
so i called customer care to refund our amount but they are totally unprofessional and they disconnect call[protected]
if you are not continuing my services so refund our amount.

I have applied for security guard and called me for interview but there was no interview they asked me money 1500 for uniform I paid then for police verification they send me but their 510 rupes for police verification after they send me another place for 7 day training but training was to sell the product then I call to company there was no any response phno is[protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] these are the phone numbers

This complaint is in regards to the complaint raised on 6th July 2022. Kindly update the status

RR Capitals is a financial sector and we provide financial advisory and trade recommendations for our valuable customers. We are in need of Telecallers. I approached WORKINDIA - Job Portal (www.workindia.in) to meet our needs. So we got the wallet recharged for a basic plan of Rs.2122/- on[protected]Invoice No: proforma/69190) to try out this portal services for the first time.

Since that day I couldn't access my account. A Consultant of Workindia was getting in touch with me Mr.Murali[protected], and the invoice was raised through him. I reached him and escalated the issue. He said that our Company is registered as a consultancy and he said it would be cleared. I also sent the GST copy of our company as proof to prove that we are not a consultancy. He said it would get cleared on[protected], but it was not cleared. While reaching him he said we are trying to process the account using the support docs produced by us. But till now (6/7/2022) the process was not done and I couldn't access the portal.

I asked for a refund if the process was not happening. He said he is processing the refund from[protected] but to date, it is not done. I also raised the concern through mail to the support desk they raised a complaint with Ticket number #68744 (23/06/2022), and they closed the issue by telling us we are a consultancy. We cannot understand how the verification was done, they are not giving the information also on which norms they have marked us a consultancy when we are a financial sector.

If they are very concerned, the company should have done a verification before we pay them. Otherwise, even after the payment, once verification is done, they should make a refund if you couldn't make a process in providing service. We are highly disappointed by the services provided by Workindia, it is more than 16 days but the Refund is not done. Completely false promises were given. Before the payment was made the response given by the consultant was excellent, but now he is not responding when I'm trying to reach him. And the awful Customer Support Team who couldn't resolve the issue, they say they are arranging a callback but I'm not receiving any. Again I raised a complaint today to the help desk Ticket #73885 (06/07/2022) the company is again closing the issue stating that we are a consultancy.

So kindly help us in getting back the money refunded, the amount of Rs.2122/-.We can also support you with the Company GST & Company's Pan also with the Invoice Copy for your reference.

I had taken an subscription based upon the approach made by your company person Mr.Mohinuddin Qureshi([protected] mohinuddin.[protected]@workindia.in) For WorkIndia Job Posting-Corporate Plan of Rs. 3540/- on[protected] with invoice no:JP/K/APR22/07860 and also recharged with Rs.1550/- on[protected] With Transaction ID:T220112153406738370105..
So far i have received only fake calls, wrong numbers of candidates and people who are ready to work ask for work from home though we have mentioned it is an work from office.

When i called your company and told them this they said they will refund but they have not done it till date. They also do not respond to my calls anymore, When i visited their Office in Bangalore it was already closed permanently.

I Request the kind authority to please verify and please refund my money of Rs.5090/- Immediately.

We have rendered services from Workindia.in (Office Location - Bangalore) from Mr. Suraj Wankhade - Id no - 1087. We have also paid them advance of Rs.3000/- so that they will start sending the candidates for Job Interview but they failed to send any candidates and now they are receiving our calls and never revert back to our messages & calls. We are trying to connect with Mr Wankhade via WhatsApp but he never replies or never call back to make us understand what is happening.

Job posted on Wokindia app on 11th Jan, after posting they demanding recharge amount of 2000(with5% offer) for using database,
they sms me and called me for payment.
