With reference to subjected matter please note that agreement ( certificate no. IN-DL[protected]O) made on 21st September 2016, the date of possession o[censored]nit was 21st September 2019 as per agreement. As per clause No. 5.5 of agreement, penalty @10% per Annum due to delay in date of possession of said unit will be entitled. I have paid Rs.5365173/-.Total Penalty amount for 24 months would be (Rs.44710x24 months) Rs. 1073040/- till July 2021.
Kindly treat this matter as top most priority and do the needful.
