I had visited site incharge personally and described in detail and assured that he acknowledge my mail and raised the concern to higher management and get back to me soon after refering concerned department on 22 Sept.2021 but I did not get any responce.

Than after I have sent mail to [protected]@wtcgiftcity.org on 2nd Oct. and 7th Oct.2021 but not responded.

Today is 20th Oct.2021, almost one month time is over than again you reply that shall revert back after refering concerned department. I think you unnecessary delay the matter. Is this a customer's care service policy of globally well known good company like WTC ?

Kindly treat this matter as top most priority to arrange to relese the said ammount at the earliest to my bank account which is with your finance dept.
