Spire tech and spire edge are same compnaies just to foll they are now seperate .. Sub: Cheating by Builders in G NOIDA and Gurgaon by Spire world Builder. Who is making WTC in India, next one in Gujrat in the name of Mr Modi . I am an NRI person living in Dubai and what so ever small saving I have I remit in India and it’s very hard earned money which we save . This money help us increase our wealth and create jobs and help country with foreign exchange. Now with this builder, I have one investment in G NOIDA and one in Maneser, for both of them he is not paying any assured return / rent by one reason or the other .. Builder uses any reason in book and stop that .. last time it was stopped in Jan 2014, that time we have to come in India to fix the issue . CBI has recently catch a chief engineer in Greater NOIDA with crores of black money .. we need to find out the builders to whom he was serving and who were paying money to him . I am sure this group will be one of his customer. Can these builder be investigated .. what they do with NRI and how they are harassing the NRI community .. Is there any consumer forums are working on WTC Manesar? Please provide contact details of the same
WTC Chandigarh any update on the construction status? these people are replying it's happening always but are not sharing the latest pictures and I don't have anybody there.

Have heard there is no work on site early this year, later when the customers refused to pay the balance money due to no construction then they started but at a very low pace.

I am sure looking at the present situation they might have stopped it again.

But please any customer lives in Chandigarh who can share the recent pictures or the construction pace.
I am on touring job and an investor of WTC Chandigarh Aerocity. after reading all the complaints have a strong feeling that WTC Chandigarh would also be standing in the queue of defunct very soon.

Disappointing! is there any way of taking our money out. We don't want for a few thousand we shall be losing our lakhs. They over hyped WTC and trapped customers and now if you type WTC what you will find is complaints. It's unfortunate for customers, we actually have given our lifetime hard earned money. Now we are living in fear o[censored]ncertainty.

Construction is already in progress at site, starting with excavation which is one of the most important part of overall development process. We regret the concerns faced by investors owing to misrepresentation of facts in this comment trail. We would like to reiterate that WTC Noida is an entirely separate legal entity like the other WTC – Projects like Mumbai, Pune etc.

As mentioned earlier, Phase 1 of WTC Noida has already been developed, delivered, leased and stimulating business and was the third largest leasing deal in year 2015-16. WTC Noida project is also the world’s largest WTC project. Phase 2 is already under development and was never halted, people can visit and see the same.

We humbly request consumer complaint forum users to abstain from publishing defamatory information against the WTC brand, such activities can call for legal action against the individual(s).

We are the customers of WTC Manesar once owned by Mr. Bhalla. Later Mr. Bhalla left the company in the middle of nowhere and started his own project. We have invested in his vision and words, so thought me and my wife should go and meet him and discuss a way out as it’s our retirement fund.

After been trying for so many months they have given me a time to meet him. I being an old man reached there with my wife. He made us wait for good 4 hours after repeated reminders. Women at reception told me they left and when I tried to raise my voice for this behaviour they pushed us out of that Jasola office. I can never forget the harassment I faced. Such Inhuman behaviour with two old age persons should not be forgiven. We can’t pay hefty lawyer’s fees now for recovering our money.
Yeah you are absolutely right Mr. Bhatnagar. Any o[censored]s haven’t said that he is not giving returns as he cannot afford to do that. But we are not sure till when he would be able carry this phony. Any person who has seen the real man behind all this can understand but fortunately you are not one of them. At the time of launching the WTC brand in Noida project on Feb 2013, structure of two towers was already completed which is commonly known as phase 1. After delivering it they have created hype as if they have achieved a milestone. Rubbish, all developers using different ways of manipulating the real picture. Complete your work rather than giving these frivolous statements. Shut us up by honouring your commitments not by threatening us.
If I may ask can you share what is the:
The launch date of phase 1
The timeline given for possession
The delivery date of phase 1

The timeline given for possession

With the speed, you are moving GOD knows or your big boss when you would be able to give possession and moreover sir we also understand you are working for a company whose vision is to collect money from innocent fools and get away with it. But not your fault you would not be able to understand as long as you are getting your salaries from our money. Ask people who have lost it.
Construction never halted but the pace was such that you never would be able to complete the project with in timelines, as you guys know very well by now how to fool others. Yes, stop giving threats of actions against us. Look into your deeds, nobody has time for talking about the #### you have done. We all are suffering, that's why cribbing about the moment we trusted in the name and capabilities of WTC and Mr Bhalla.
Posting these explanations with threats on the portal would not help, customers are facing problems they surely have the right to share their thoughts with others. Wherever you will post your explanations you would find our questions. Don’t answer us individually if you are right give your explanations here. We have invested our money in your company and you people have failed to explain us the reasons for the decline of our property. It was your words and promises which has led us here.
When WTC started selling in Noida with big hoardings and all other medium of advertisements focusing capital appreciations, huge rentals, big standards and yes the most talented sales force. Statement by their sales manager “trusts the brand sir you will get more than 10% rental it’s nothing, and the appreciation will go leaps n bounds. THIS IS WTC “.
That was a dream which was sold to us.
Truth is
• Lease commitment is 10% pa of the BSP for 3 years only. Afterwards it’s on actual rate
• Actual lease amount is not been disclosed: Actual lease amount is 4% of the total BSP and the difference amount (to complete 10% Lease Commitment) is payable by the developer till 3 years post possession due to the written commitments.
• Consequences: our commercial property value will depreciate by almost 50%, forget the gains. Nobody will buy these properties at 4% ROI as properties yielding 8-10% ROI are available for sale in the open market.
• After such low ROI the commercial property value will be half of the amount we have invested.
• The property which needs to be delivered in 3 years is being delayed for next 3-4 years.

So, friends, you might have earned more while investing in Fixed deposits rather than investing in this big name and moreover the money would have been rested with you. Now, neither we have the money nor the property. Few points haunt me day and night:
1. Risk on return: Till when you would receive the returns is uncertain,
2. Uncertain possession time: When you will get your property is not clear,
3. We would be able to take the possession of our property ever. Or even they offer possession to take balance amt and to be free from the commitment then what we supposed to do with it.
4. Liquidation: whether you would be able to find a buyer in that jungle for your property at the time of need I doubt who would like to dump their money in that corner.
5. Rental : such low rentals have depreciated our property value eg RS 100 invested at that time is now Rs.40 after 3 -4 years of investment. Moreover no one is ready to buy the same at such low price as well.

Great assessment . I still get call from people who ask should we invest ..i only ask them if they can live if they lose this money then only invest-other wise FD at 8 % is a better option .. still if you wish to buy take my property in tec 1, , at a rate 1000 Rs BSF less than what these brokers are selling you .. so if broker is selling 6000 then mine take at 5000. if broker is selling at 5000 take mine at 4000. and if broker is selling at 1000 then take mine at zero .. free...free...free...
i have 1500 sq feet and i am looking for a fool to buy this ..as only fools like me invest .however i have learnt my lesson .. so any broker pl come and buy from me .. 1500 sq feet registered space ..at least execution rish is no there .. if you have money to dump .. and no more cursing if you buy from me if it sink . raman all the best to those who are buying now as i still get my returns from thier investment .. so pl keep on buying and investing if you wish to invest.. as i am getting my returns till you all buy and investing . if not from where builder will pay my return .. i get 10 % return and rent is 3 % so 7 % i get from new investors .. so pl invest..
Any fool can shout and criticize? If i may ask what have you guys done individually or collectively for the revival? If we were to get our invested amount back or our share of the rock we need to stop making fools out of ourselves. Working together makes a lot of difference - I suggest join FOSECA and lets work towards the revival of the project.

Remember the unity among the customers and associations is making a lot of difference that perhaps Gandhi & Hooda had never anticipated. No matter how hard the promoters try, they cannot fool the customer any longer as everyone is now aware of their wrongdoings. Rest if you still like to cry at a wrong place - you are most welcome!

I completely agree that there is no point in shouting here about the foul play. As a matter of fact, this issue can only be solved by hitting the ground and not by creating a bubble full of air. FOSECA has been doing it continuously . As an investor in WTC Manesar I completely support FOSECA and will ask you all as well to join it. More the merrier!

There is one more point i would like to present here. We all should aim at getting the work restarted at the project site. That is the only way we can bail ourselves out of this mess. If the construction starts, even with so much delay, we will be in a position to sell off our units and exit the project. Today, as the project is halted, no buyer would look at it. On a contrary, there will be buyers if the construction starts.

Moreover, there is no point chasing Ashish Bhalla or any other individual or another project from WTC, for that matter. They are out of the project and can not be dragged back, not even through legal battle. Unfortunately, our legal system has always favored people like them. So, let's get united and focus on getting the construction restarted at WTC Manesar project site. Else, we are in deep #### and may remain there for years.

Lets get together and make our voice heard to people who matter the most to us!
WTC NOIDA: Viridian red about to fall: Last chances don't come with warnings.Inside story of Viridian will be revealed soon. Changing the name from Manesar to Noida would not make difference as ideology and the showman behind the scenes is same. And unfortunately, the end would also be the same. Ex-employee of Viridian who left WTC Noida from a senior post shared that they are flying a hit plane which anytime will fall apart, and customers also know but they are living under an impression that pilot may save them unknown from the fact that he is the one who is responsible for the crash.
I think the situation was very clear when they started the buyback schemes which show the desperation of the builder for money as assured return project carries huge liability paying crores every month and the market is at its all time low.
Friends I am not supposed to share this information on such public forum but it's about thousands of customer’s hard earned money and I don't want to live with this guilt.

Before making a statement on a public forum I would highly recommend you crosscheck your data as me and my fellow investors does not want our property to be devalued just because of the rumors spread by people like you. Whenever you share any such information, do share the credible source as well. I do consult the respective authorities through all the possible means on a regular basis just to ascertain my investment is safe.

Rakesh ji we also have been watching what FOSAECA is doing, we are suffering only (customers). FOSECA is an association initiated by Ashish Bhalla and his handful employees who have been distracting customers and the COURT. Take out the past 8 months history they are just bringing one problem or the other to distract court. I am sure you will be aware. And if not, let me know will share with you. So please don't believe in all this. These are jargons not to even listen now. They made enough fool out of customers and if customers would come out for revolt than the FOSECA n Bhalla's will vanish like dead leaves after a storm.
Moreover, I am not even interested in making these shameless people understand what they are doing. As they are selfish, egoistic and heartless people. who can not see beyond their profits and ego. No matter if they have to ruin the lives of thousands.
Secondly, forget Mr. Bhalla dragging into all this trust us, we want him and his employees out of our project completely physically, mentally and emotionally. We want him to concentrate on his boats which have so many holes and is about to sink. We will take care of our sunk boat.

And one more thing we are not making the sound at wrong places. We know after all this torture when to ring the bell at the right time. So, now enough limit has already been passed. Whosoever is guilty and will come in the way of the revival of SPIRE EDGE and SPIREWOODS will be punished and we trust our Judicial system.

In my opinion, you should go for WTC Noida. The project is doing good in the market. WTC's name itself is one of the best prepositions.

Though, you should compare it with other projects and then only finalize your decision.

Hi,

I am sure you must have gone through the market and have come across many options like Bhutani's Alphathum, Spectrum at metro and many other. But when you compare them with WTC noida, they do not stand anywhere close. One of the major plus point with WTC noida is its association with WTC. Second, its two phases are already completed and delivered.

Noida is a very tricky market. You should always consider all the factors like proposed infrastructural developments, the proposed price appreciation, number of MNCs shifted to that area in last 2-3 years and other. This will help you calculate approx ROI in next 5-8 years.

I would suggest you to go for WTC Noida. But do crosscheck the market once, consult the experts like PropEquity and then only reach to a conclusion.

BROTHER, I don’t think you have read the above comments. Please read it and see what is happening around you. A lot of people suffering from this pain of losing their life time earnings in real estate. Especially WTC in NCR is a flop show.
My suggestion is to keep your money with you and moreover, now mutual funds are giving better returns than real estate or else please donate it. You will regret this decision the way we are doing. You have to beg for your own money.
