spiretech has stopped paying the assured return since March 2018 without giving any explanation. Is there any group of wtc/ spiretech investors for taking legal action?

As your claim specifies that you could not get possession in the first two phases of the project; your claim at least bring forth the fact that the development at the site is going on at a fast pace. Phase 1 and 2 are already complete.
As far as possession is concerned, I think you have once again wrongly presented that facts. It is a virtual property and you get assured returns on your investment until space is leased out. Once the leasing is complete, you start getting rentals on a regular basis.
Mr. Agarwal, please try to understand. Your efforts to infuse panic among the investors of WTC Noida will not work here. You guys have been exposed long back.

Scams in Real Estate is increasing. Every second day we have judgements coming in news papers, news channel few big companies named often like Unitech, Amrapali, Jaypee etc and on the other hand we have developers where the intentions was only to thug the hard earned money of the innocent people through assured return schemes are behind the bars like AMR, Earth Infrastructures, Cosmic, Premia etc and many more in the queue. Glad to see that our govt and respectable courts are taking strict actions against the fraudsters who are involved in these practices of loot.
With this i would like to urge to my customer friends “not to fall in the trap of Assured Return schemes they are nothing but a SHAM a trap to loot your hard earned money”.
Huge number of Developers in Noida has not been able to complete the commercial projects till date from last 6-8 years and already in the queue like Bhasin Group Mist Avenue, Unnati Group UFW, Boulevard Walk, Sarvottam Group project Viridian Red WTC Manesar, WTC Noida, WTC Chandigarh Wtc Gift City, WTC CBD and many more...
WTC has the bigger liability on their shoulders as with the big name people often get attracted and these builders cash goodwill of these brands and make fool of the innocent customers. In WTC Noida only two towers have been delivered from last 7 years and rest of the project is under construction and owning 41 acres with the promise to deliver phase 1 by 2016 and phase 2 by 2020 where even construction has not been started. Similar is the case of WTC Chandigarh and Gift City low pace of construction and no delivery time lines. Govt should take serious actions and forcing them to complete the on going projects rather than diverting funds in their other projects.

Our Judiciary has loop holes that’s why they escape otherwise committing crimes with AAm ADAMI is cruel. There are so many commercial projects visibly flopped after getting launched in the market. One of the area is Dwarka Expressway. PLAZA 106 though builders like tata, godrej have delivered the projects but that depends on the intention of the builder. Plaza 106 is one of the project which has been re-launched several times in the market but resulted in failure almost every time. First time launched in 2011 and started the construction in 2012 promised date of delivery is in 2015. Its been 6 long years the project is under construction and the project is undefined and uncertain.

Plaza 106 offering many attractive schemes to fool people and to loot their money like 11% assured return, Lease guarantee and other plans just to fool around. These are ponzy schemes and been restricted by the court. Basically, assured return schemes are nothing but a trap for the innocent customers. Herein developers sell their low money property at a higher price and return that assured return from customer’s own money. The bank guarantee they offer as assurance to your money is offered against the public deposit and its for one year only. Stop getting fooled friends.
Viridian Red has already 10 projects as per RERA in Noida, Chandigarh, Gujrat, Gurugram. All have been in launched in 2010 onwards and none of them is complete except only two towers in WTC Noida phase 1 which was launched in 2010. Balance almost 80 lakh square feet is under construction. And i don’t understand why Viridian Red is launching new projects? Yogi Govt should not allow developers like him to launch the new projects till the time they complete the existing projects.
When we name WTC (World Trade Centre) sounds huge and innocent cutomers without digging in the truth fall in the jaws of the fake developers like Viridian Red. People don’t understand that they are not buying or investing in WTC but a fake company who is just using its name to thug innocent people. Its a marketing gimmick nothing else. Fortune 500 companies will open their offices you will get higher returns. Every single word is a lie. Viridian Red uses the name of WTC to rob innocent people. There is not even a single project been delivered by WTC in last 6-8 years other than two towers. He has made thousand of crores from the projects and customers are happy till the time they are getting the assured returns.
Simply because this is a scam or a PONZY SCHEME whatever it may be called wherein he is simply using the money of new investors in paying off the assured return to the older ones. If it’s actually 80 lakh square foot and we assume only half area is sold. It’s difficult to calculate how much money is on stake and how many customers are in trouble.
My father is struggling with getting a contact for WTC Noida. We have not received payments for over 1 year. Does anyone have a contact name/email id that i can use?
I had booked two office spaces in WTC Noida phase 3., . after 3 years last year they came with new story of signing agreement with REIT so that the returns may start. after just one more returns they stopped returns for unlimited period. No indication if there is any construction ongoing on this project and if there is any plan to handover the project. Looks lime we put our hard earned money in bank and bank say i cannot return your money because i have eaten it.
