I had ordered Dell laptop battery from this website.I ordered this on 27th November and received it on 3rd December.The battery did not charge after putting it in the laptop.
They sent me a bad battery.And when I email or call them to return the battery, they don't reply but I also messaged them on WhatsApp
They blocked my number after. seeing my messages.I had ordered this battery on COD, for which I paid Rs 1770 to the courier boy.
