I had ordered Dell laptop battery from this website.I ordered this on 27th November and received it on 3rd December.The battery did not charge after putting it in the laptop.
They sent me a bad battery.And when I email or call them to return the battery, they don't reply but I also messaged them on WhatsApp
They blocked my number after. seeing my messages.I had ordered this battery on COD, for which I paid Rs 1770 to the courier...

Order#6013 Sony 90w charger adapter 19.5v-4.7amp with power cord was placed on 01 September 2021 .

Was delivered to me on 05 September 2021 and the charges were fully paid at the time of delivery.

Since the charger was not and original one, and when plugged in was found to be not working, I requested for return and then refund.
The supplier has picked up the charger on 07 September 2021 via Delhivery courier services.

The reverse shipment against AWB number[protected] has been returned to the respective merchant on Sept. 14, 2021.

Till date there is no response nor the seller is attending my calls or replying to the messages.

I want a refund at the earliest possible.
