Wow Club — Unethical change of itenary

Shockingly bad. Besides which any complaints by email, whatsapp or any other method are totally ignored. They'very got your money and you just take what you get. Not what you paid for. Cheats.

We were also cheated in our recent trip to Himachal for trekking and paragliding..
We were charged a bomb and got the treatment of cattle cramped inside matadors. Felt totally cheated...extremely poor services provided by wow...I vow not to travel with them ever again..

Be very careful with wowclub. They trap you with all sweet talks and make you pay advance and later on not bothered to pick calls or respond to mails. I would highly recommend you to not travel with them(had similar experience as mentioned in mouthshut). If at all you still plan to go ahead with them then dont go any of their verbal assurance. Always tell them to mail you. They are very careful as they are already in this cheat business. When you ask for trip cancellation and refund they show their true colours. Apart from deducting high amount they also deduct around 3percent as bank charges. Till now i have not got my refund and that 3 percent deduction is not mentioned in the mail but told verbally. Coz there is no such deduction. When we had planned for kashmir trip had very clearly mentioned that i will make payment only when group is confirmed and flight tickets can be booked. Heba told all is confirmed and pay the advance. After paying advace she told me not to book the flight. When asked for immediate refund she some how convinced that the money is safe with her.later on due to corono scare i had to cancel my trip. For which she deducted a huge amount. Had she not intentionally made me pay advance my money would be safe with me. My only advice is in life...always take written assurance like email never trust anybody especially wowclub. They are in this industry so they know how to get away.
