Unethical change of itenary

When i booked a tour of spain with the wow club, the itenary sent to me included many important sites which were excluded from the final itenary that was sent to us a few days before departure. We were thus trapped into a very poorly managed tour. Site seeing was mostly from inside a bus. We had to pay to enter sites mentioned. Timings were so badly managed that we wasted a lot of time and missed out on things because we were late.
Worst of all: we are not seeing the alhambra and the moroccan caves that were on the itenary when we booked the tour.
Must also mention the meals they promised were all vegetarian and in spain that's hard to swallow.
Readers please be warned wow club will just rip you off.

Poorly arranged and grossly mismanaged usa trip

My mother is currently on a usa trip with wow club 21 sept to 3 oct 2015

as u r charging premium amount and giving
poorest quality hotels( u can yourself read reviews on tripadvisor)
leaving few of tour members on san francisco airport to arrange for there own to come to las vegas
how can your coordinator swati leave my mother shashi somani on airport when u have booked all tickets previously.
either u change all this or it will make too much negative publicity for wow club

in last it came out that it was faulty system of american airlines.
so i have no grudges for anybody.

We were charged a bomb and got the treatment of cattle cramped inside matadors. Felt totally cheated...extremely poor services provided by wow...I vow not to travel with them ever again..
