Wow Express — customer care support is misleading the consumers

The order was expected to arrive by 2nd october 2019 and I haven't recieved it yet. And also they are giving wrong information about the delivery process.

AWB P[protected]. The delivery person conveyed a wrong information that consignee was not available on 30th September 2019. They didn't even approach me that day. I want to file complaint against them and also want a copy of complaint. Then again on 2nd october 2019 I recieved a that consignee was not available.
