Wow Express — Fake remarks

This was out of delivery at 10:17 on 24th May, 2020, and at 2:53, there was a fake message "INCOMPLETE ADDRESS/CONSIGNEE NOT RESPONDING". On the same day i got my other parcel through E COM Express and that too from Nykaa.

My phone number is mentioned, and delivery guy did not call me at all. I asked from my appartment guard, he said nobody came for any delivery from WOW .

How can your company do this. I guess this guy was not out for delivery because of Sunday, and made that fake remark.

I need my parcel . If he came it was his duty to call me and i would have guided him with exact location, but that would not been an issue becasue i mentioned landmark as well.

Shame on u guys having this kind of a staff.
