On 8/12/2019 i ordered 3 veggie moburgs from acropolis mall kolkata i was told the food will be ready in 10 mins i came back after 25 mins and asked where is my food the manager said sorry banana aapka order bhool gaye i was fine with it. After my food was made i asked for 4 packets of schwan sauce and the manager denied he said ek se zyada nai denge i told him i am not taking it for free i am paying how can someone have food without sauce? I am paying and its my right to ask for what i deserve. He said aapko refund de dunga par sauce nai denge. This was his statement. He is a manager in acropolis wow momo outlet.
