Recd Veg instead of Non veg momos from WOW Momo at Old airport Rd Branch in Bangalore.

Very very stale!!! Have loose motions! Daughter has severe stomach pain!

High time our Food and beverage inspectors visit this place for an inspection as it deserves to be shut down!!!

THERE ARE SO MANY COMPLAINTS ONLINE!!! SHUT IT DOWN!!

Last night ordered 2 plate veg Darjeeling momo from Sapna Sangeeta outlet. It had fungus on it.

Too spicy. After giving instruction, they provide too spicy food.

I have placed an order for cheese momos they had taken the money also but afterwards they were telling that they dont have the cheese momos and they are not going to refund also the amount .

Barasat madhyamgram Star Mall's Wow MoMo counter's one boy is very rude and uncultured.

One of the worst company. I made a franchise with them and I cancelled at the half of that and asked them a money back they are making me fool asking me to make gst amount then only they will give and after paying the gst they said pay the SGST amount and they are trying to frauds.

On 17 August I've paid 313.96 rupees to nspwow momo and the order was not taken due to some technical issues. The staff told me that it will be refunded to me by 48 hours but I haven't received it yet.

In DLF IT SEZ PARK Chennai, I order chicken cheese pan fried momo in molten cheesy sauce instead they gave me chicken cheese pan fried momo with Schezwan sauce, I return and asked the staff to give me what I order but this time they gave me steamed instead of fried. very disappointed 💔

I order momo from wow momo shayamnagar, West Bengal and when I took a bite it just tasted bad and then i vomit then the other half of the same momo i smelt it and i found out that stuffed chicken was rotten

I had placed order for 2 items:

Chicken Darjeeling Pan Fried Moko with Chicken Jo'burg and 2 Pepsi- Received

Veg Darjeeling Pan Fried Moko with Chicken Jo'burg and 2 Pepsi- not delivered

We ordered veg combo but rather they served us non veg combo and pretended that nothing happened

On 15.5.2022, at around 9.15, i ordered Darjiling Chicken momos in the Anna Nagar Branch, Chennai. while eating the same i found small pieces of stones in my momo.

Today I visited WOW MOMO outlet on Sodepur Station road beside Sriniketan. At first they they told me total combo will cost 299 after that they just ask me double cheese or single cheese for the burger, 1st of all they didn't mentioned that cheese is not included with burger. After that they told me that your bill is 388 when I asked her why it's 388 she told me that its included 18% GST. when I told her GST in restaurant is 5%. She told me "Our GST rate is 18%".My humble request is please look through the matter. GST Bill of the restaurant is in the attachment.

Was mistreated with arrogant behaviour of the employee.

Ordered 2 Burger momo combos with 10 pieces of Momos. Worst momo ever. Food was spoiled and started to smell bad. Store is not hygienic and it has 0% cleaniess. Uploading those disgusting pictures. Never order from Ayanavaram Wow momo if you want good momos.

I placed an order at WOW MOMO at 1:20PM and it was a self pickup order. I was not given any proper location for the restaurant. No directions were given to me. I hoped from one wow momo to another but didn’t get the food. I want complete refund along with penalty. If possible call me at my contact number [protected]. I want speedy response. Neither Wow momo and magicpin cooperated with me. Only faced harassment.

A lady staff of Shyamnagar Wow momo literally showed attitude while asked for the status of the ordered food on 04.03.2022.
What kind of customer service is this!! She has a very bad attitude. Kindly take step against her and don't appoint this kind of persons.

I have tried complaining about this in wow momo customer care but they didn't attended our calls

Wow momo charged me 18%gst for darjiling moms

12.01.2021 I bought steamed and sezuian chicken momo from wow momo sodepur more west bengal outlet which were smell bad and rotten when we opened the pack so we have to throw those momo which cost rs 426. And the behavior of the staffs are very arrogant and arguments held that time the lady literary threat me and my father. I need proper action must be taken against those staffs and food quality. This kind of behavior from wow momo is not desirable and very much disappointed.

I ordered steamed chicken momos and inside one of the momos, a bug was found. It is really disappointing to see that good hygienic measures haven't been followed by such a well established restaurant.

Recently brought food from wow momo Bangur outlet in Kolkata. As per the govt the gst should be 5%. Now when first asked about the bill the money rounded up to 183. However when the bill was going to paid at the counter the bill generated showed 245. I dont think this is legal for there seems to be dispute amongst the staff as to what is the price. Moreover the staff behaved pretty badly and did not show any documentation regarding it. They said about something that food cooked at the outlet is being charged 5% and the food being brought from factory will be charged 18%. As per the govt there isnt any rule in accordance with taking various gst for various items. This just seems vague and illegal. Please look into the matter or else we have to approach the public welfare council regarding the matter. This is just robbing people. Have been buying from WOW momo since quite long however was pretty much disappointed with the behaviour. Now i dont think a resturant can start taking vague gst suddenly. Look into the matter please!!

I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Coupons & Rebates

The issue that I have experienced was: I had purchased 4 coupons from dineout online system for Wow Momo EM Bypass Kolkata on 30/032021. Made a payment of Rs 57 for the coupons. I visited the stipulated Wow Momo store and requested them for the supply. But they denied and intimated that there code is not matching. I had wasted my precious 1 hour time and still they denied to get the items by using the coupons. You had taken my money, you harassed me as well. Please justify your inaction.

want my money back or want to avail the coupon for purchasing Woh Momo. What action you will be taking against Woh Momo for harassing your valued customer.

Today 15/03/2021 I made a purchase at hawker street Ambience mall Gurgoan, I ordered the veg momos and order was takeaway.when I reached at my store I open the packet and what I found was horrible the momos were eaten by some small animals like rats or something.It’s such a bad experience although it’s not about experience it’s about people’s health.wow momos on the sake of brand they are fooling people & playing with their health.Pathetic experience😡😡

When I ordered the momo it took around half an hour to come and THEY ALSO SAID THAT MAYONESE IS CHARGEABLE AND THEY WON'T GIVE IT ALONG WITH THE MOMO,
I DON'T KNOW IF IT'S A COMPANY POLICY OR THIS OUTLET WAS DOING SO.
IF ITS A COMPANY POLICY THEN IT IS A RIDICULOUS POLICY ACCORDING TO ME

I ordered thukpa and i got insect served with the soup, i also have the pic for proff and now i feel i vomet don’t know i might get food poisoning.

I was charged a total of 116 for a veg darjeeling whereas the price is only 89

The bill splitup says 18 percent total gst whereas restraunts in india should charge a total of only 5% gst

Please look into the matter and take action as soon as possible

On 6th July 20, i have visited wow momos outlet in pacific mall subhash nagar, wherein i have ordered for veg panfried momos with dip that cost me around Rs.124/-. however instead of Rs.124/- mistakenly they deducted Rs.261/- from my debit card.
As per the outlet person he said make another payment for Rs.124/- seperately and we will refund the first payment of rs.261/- as they void my first bill. And they promised that i will get my refund within 24 hours. But its been 5days now. I didnt received my refund yet.
and i tried to call them but they are misbehaving on call and saying that i didnt made any payment of Rs.261/-.
This is pathatic service. Never expected this kind of behavior by a reputable firm like WOW MOMOS

On 8/12/2019 i ordered 3 veggie moburgs from acropolis mall kolkata i was told the food will be ready in 10 mins i came back after 25 mins and asked where is my food the manager said sorry banana aapka order bhool gaye i was fine with it. After my food was made i asked for 4 packets of schwan sauce and the manager denied he said ek se zyada nai denge i told him i am not taking it for free i am paying how can someone have food without sauce? I am paying and its my right to ask for what i deserve. He said aapko refund de dunga par sauce nai denge. This was his statement. He is a manager in acropolis wow momo outlet. Is this the way to behave with customers. I want a stern action against this person.
