On 24thFeb 2022 I got a call from this no. [protected] from WOW skin science ( Body Cupid Pvt Ltd. #51, IndiQube Penta, 5th Floor, Richmond Road, Bengaluru 560025, Karnataka - India. ) And I was aksed If I want to buy something as there were some offers going on with 65% off on select products I said Okay and asked to add few items in the cart which were costing me Rs 2079 after all discount. I said okay and paid the amount and order was showing in my wow mobile application in my recent order history. I was waiting for my order and on 1st Mar 2022 I received my order from Delhivery ( Pickrr ) I opened the order right after collecting it and what I found was so disturbing, order was scattered on opened in the box and few items were also missing. I checked and found that there are 4 items which are missing and I am mentioning them below.
A - Red Onion Black Seed Shampoo Missing 300ML
B - Red Onion Black Seed Conditioner Missing 300 ML
C - Vitamic C Bathing Bar ( Pack Of 3 ) 225g
D - Shea Butter and Cocoa Butter Moisturizing Body Lotion ( One Of The Freebies )
I immediately sent an email with proof of order I clicked in the exact condition I received along with invoice to their mail id [protected]@buywow.in and i received an auto generated mail with ticket id [protected] that we will look into it. I replied that I need a response but I did not get any mail and after my 2 mails I got a response 2 days back that we are investigating. Now it has been 2 days I have mailed them, calling them, texted on offical whats app no. but no response I am getting. Was this information helpful? |
