I ordered two products form WOW during sale and offers.
I paid 130 rupees and now they are cancelled my order with rubbing reason.

I purchased shampoos from wow skin science -
1. WOW SKIN SCIENCE Red Onion Black Seed Oil Shampoo
2.WOW SKIN SCIENCE Apple Cider Vinegar Shampoo

Both shampoos from flipkart order number OD[protected] and OD[protected].

Shampoos are not good at all, after using in twice my hair felt so sticky and my hair also smells so bad. Flipkart has no return policy. But as a consumer I cant expect oil when I buy shampoo.

Hi, This is my order 3867874 and I ordered 25th Aug 2022 and received 30th Aug 2022. The Wow product service is very hectic once we received the product in any difficult are we faced with that like slight damage condition or near by expiring the product condition no return policy and no refund policy.
Don't purchase the products in WOW site.

My order ID is 3752840. I have cancelled the order on August 4th. Paid the amount of 6828.50/- online via UPI paytm. Now it's been 1 week and still haven't recieved my refund yet. I have contacted their customer service several times. They are saying some logicless lame excuses. I have even shared my bank account details. Still no response from their side. Everyday they keep saying the same thing that it might take 5- 6 working days to receive my refund. Please take immediate action on this order.

Ordered 4 products and recieved just 1, shows delivered for all .The payment was already done through Online payment.Contacted Wow help service and customer care and they are refusing to do anything.

Payment is done successfully but on app no order has been displaying in my order section.

Items does not gets delivered. Shipping dates.. Keeps on extending. Fraud company or website. Never buy items from here !

I have ordered wow hair product from it's official website.
It was prepaid order
No delivery person has ever contacted me or reached to my address for delivery of the wow product
I have not recieved my order.
But on website, app and email nd phone messages it shows delivery complaint.

I have placed an order with Wow Skin Science on 1st June 2022 with Order No. 5084031.
In this order there were 3items i.e Coffee Face Serum, Amla Hair Oil and Green Tea Face Serum.
When so many days passed I enquired about my order and then upon repeated emails and follow ups they delivered 2products only I.e Coffee Face Serum and Amla Hair Oil.
But till today they haven't delivered Green Tea Face Serum.
And after repeatedly requesting them to send it, they created a new order no. Order 3649059 on 14th July 2022 for Green Tea Face Serum but on 23rd July2022 they cancelled it saying it's out of stockstock but didn't refunded the money.
Almost Two months have passed and due to this I felt immense pain and mental trauma in getting connected to the company for the delivery of my order. Also they blocked my e-mail address so that i cannot pursue the matter and thus I left behind empty handed and cheated by Wow Skin Science which has assured me that i will get my order.
I request you to take strict and harsh action against such companies who are fooling the innocent customers with bunch of lies and excuses.

I have purchased 8 baby shampoo with order no. 3576703 but all these are having very near to expiry date and it's will not be healthy to use on baby.
I complained this to company but they denied replacement and refund.
Hence I request you to take action and get my money back because I can't take risk with my baby's health by using these near expiry date products expiring within few time.

I had placed the order for two products using additional coupon of Google pay however the there are no order placed in the order section. The amount from my bank account has been deducted.

I have ordered wow products through their app and paid the cash online via paytm. Now it's been several days and l have not received any updates yet. I have tried to contact them through mail and phone. But all their phone numbers are switched off. No responses are getting from WhatsApp chat regarding this. My order ID is 3604871. I have ordered some product through order number 3564382 on 01.07.2022.
But till today (12.07.2022) I have not received any update on my order, further I have sent an email to [protected]@buywow.in for getting any update and called on their support phone number also, but did not get any response. Neither they sent any email reply, nor received my call.

I think this is a scam site, that is showing their advertisement over many social platforms, but is not interested in fulfilling the orders once received the advance payment.

Please take appropriate action on the website/ company.

I have ordered on the promotional days where buying 1 of the products and you’ll get 1 more free, simply as buy one get one free . But I only receive 1 product inside the box the box is too short that even 2 product aren’t gonna fit inside that. I did complain against them via emali or whtsapp but still no response yet . Please take strict actions on that making fool of their customers by giving them fake offers is a crime.

I ordered some products from wow.. 1 day later, since I knew my location was going to be changed, I requested them to cancel my order through email, they said they will look into this but no reply came, another day, I called them, first of all, they were not receiving calls, lastly when received, they said they will look into the matter, but still processe are going on for delivery and no responses are coming from them ..

I ordered some items from wow on 18th March 2022 but it got cancelled within 2 days without my consent and they didn't refunded my money as well which is Rs 788

On 24thFeb 2022 I got a call from this no. [protected] from WOW skin science ( Body Cupid Pvt Ltd. #51, IndiQube Penta, 5th Floor, Richmond Road, Bengaluru 560025, Karnataka - India. ) And I was aksed If I want to buy something as there were some offers going on with 65% off on select products I said Okay and asked to add few items in the cart which were costing me Rs 2079 after all discount. I said okay and paid the amount and order was showing...

I Placed an order, amount of rs.479 on 19 jan 2022. I tracked my order today, it is showing delivered, but i haven't received it yet...
Please take action immediately, either deliver my order or refund my money..

Due to the sum total of these products I was eligible for free products-
a)Moroccan argan oil foaming face wash
b)Anti ageing night face serum.

I received only the free products and not the products 1 and 2.The shipping status shows package completely delivered.

The WOW customer care is not responding to queries.

I generally use mamaearth product bt then i switch to wow scien argan hair oil comditioner and shampoo kit. From then only my hairs started falling or became rough and frizzy

That products which i reacived from wow that are seal open... Plz i want to return or refund these products

I have ordered some products from this website on 1st aug 2021 Fully paid in advance. I have not Received my order till now. I have called many times on customer care but they only say one thing I will accelerate your order and you will get it by tomorrow. Don't know whose to contact now mentioning Order no and Order details. I hope you can do something in this.

Jul 12 got SMS saying it will be delivered today.
Did not receive the package on 12th, did not get on 13th. Today is july 18 and still did not get. Called customer service 5 times in last 5 days. They say to wait. Manager will call back. Refund will be issued by manager. But no call back received. No refund received

Hi, I placed an order on wow website with ID 1641590 and cancelled that order immediately. They keep saying that they've initiated refund and the problem is on bank's side. But I checked with bank manager and even shared my account statement with wow but they wouldn't refund my money back. This company lacks integrity towards its customers and hence I made my family and my friends to stop using wow products.
