Hello, my name is karishma. My friend got a call from webpro company regarding job after that he contacted me and told me everything we thought it's good to get 4000 for working at home. The employee of that company contacted both o[censored]s and told everything in short way that we agreed to work.she hasn't informed us that we have to pay any penalty or anything or any case could be filed etc. As we are excited so we agreed to work in webpro company. During calls, agreement and confirmation they told us about work and salary that we have to watch and submit 150 links per day for 10 days. After completing our 10 days they will deduct 3000 for the mistakes from1st salary which will be 4800. After that there will be no deduction we will be paid full 4000 rs. In agreement there is written that if any loss happens we have to pay 3000 as penalty but there is nothing mentioned that they file any case or ask for extra money for terminating I'd or anything else. My I'd was generated on 4th July 2019 and they told me that my work will start on next day (5th July 2019). On 5 th july I started work but during 8-9 session on 15 th of July 2019 they blocked my I'd. I was unable to login I kept contacting the girl which offered me the job and the helpline no. But no one answered my call. Then next day on 16 th july 2019 I got notice that I have to pay penalty. After that day I got legal notice in which they mentioned that I have to pay 3000 for fault and 1500 for legal notice which is in total 4500 and I have to pay this in the time with in an hour then I called their assistant advocate after conversation on calls and mail I was ready to pay the penalty of 4500 I asked him to send me account detail then he sent me detail with amount of 12500 now the penalty extended I asked him that penalty is of 4500 and I am ready to pay than why I have to pay more than he sent another mail describing all the section which he filed on me and gave me 1 hour to pay penalty otherwise they send me notice and I have to come court or pay the loss in lacs. with in time limit I paid the money then he told me to do not take any tension everything is cleared and sort out now there is no due and you are free from everything and he will call me or mail me next day to confirm that I have paid the penalty and I have no dues but on next day he called me with another issue that company wants to know that I would like to continue my work or to terminate my agreement. I was so disturbed with all this so I told him to terminate the agreement. Then he started telling me about the agreement policy that I have to pay 18000 for canceling agreement. 3000 per month and the agreement is of 6 month so I have to pay 18000 for 6 months I told him my condition earlier and this time also but he kept saying that I understand but on next he say that its compulsory to pay other wise legal procedure will be acted on me and I have to come to court. Then on next day he sent me NOC on mail so I thought everything stopped and I am free. But after 2 days means today 22 july 2019 again mail came to pay my dues etc. Etc. Other wise legal notice will be sent to my address he called me on 1:30 PM and gave time to pay 2:30 I am a student how can I give such a high amount without my fault. I paid the loss then why I have to pay more. Firstly the company should tell workers while appointing people's by describing each details properly and clearly. Now they send me a message that they have sent hard copy notice. Now what I will do.please help!
