My humble submission to you, kindly prove above-attached document (status report of EOW, bail cancelation of Ashish Bhalla and others...)is fake. With this would also like to know that who is your master, Gandhi and Hooda surely cannot be as you are conflicting them in every post. So is it, Mr. Ashish Bhalla?. If not, then why each statement posted against Bhalla is hurting you and your stress is only on Gandhi and Hooda. They all are accused in the eyes of law for the downfall of A N Buildwell and the pain and sufferings of the customers. Initially, only name was missing is Ashish Bhalla and Family. Now thankfully due to customer’s interference and the investigation agencies, he is very well part of the crime. Customers cannot be fooled now we are educated and know our rights. Few agencies like you, funded by Ashish Bhalla was trying to save him but this white-collar criminal is exposed and will be punished soon. As per the EOW report, he has used Rs 87 crores from the company accounts. Is It a joke Mr. ????
Please also enlighten me that how you know whatever I said is not correct are you an insider of Bhalla, if yes then you please check with your master. All information shared is the approx values as per the understanding and the market information. And above-mentioned Court documents are authentic.
Seems like you have access to all the customer data of WTC Manesar, WTC Chandigarh, WTC Noida etc wasn’t this supposed to be a confidential data. How come you have it all?
Please also do tell me how anybody can be saved by posting on this website; criminals will be punished no matter what. Whosoever it may be including you and me.

I must say that you and your team works really really hard. Sunil Kumar ji... tusi great ho! Keep doing the fake stuff and it's ok... since the matter is in the court ... i would not like to comment much! All i can say is that using complaint platforms to copy paste the same content is not good. Try and be little innovative in your approach. Also share the EOW report that you only have access too. Man, have some shame, the real customers are suffering and some hire agency men are working for their masters to spread fake news left right and centre.

I am also Investor in WTC Chandigarh since Pre-Launch i.e december 2015, since i am getting my ASSURED returns regularly till now i.e Nov 2018(which as per contract is last or second last).
regarding construction i agree construction pace is slow, i visited the site on Aug 2018 and clicked pics and video of actual site conditions.

We have not come across rude employees but do feel that we have been taken for a ride. Every 3 months, I have gone to the WTC Chandigarh site and questioned why there is no progress on suites side, and was assured it will be delivered much before the target date of Dec 2020. Just today, having spoken to their CRM, I am told the date submitted to RERA is 2024, by when they will try to give. And the assured returns are only till Dec 2020. Imagine giving your money to a real estate builder free of interest for 4 years! They want us to sign an NOC about merger of their companies - which means the money taken for a project will be used for any other project as they would belong to one company. There is some meeting that has been called (just saw their website) for 12th Apr. We should join and take action in the meeting before making any further payment.

Anu update on WTC Chandigarh signature tower?
What is progress of WTC Chandigarh Signature tower? No reply and no contact from the company. On site there is no progress of Signature tower? Are they scrapping the project of Signature tower?
Can anyone tell about the current construction status of WTC Chandigarh? The PDC was May 2023, are there any hopes of it getting completed in time ?

All his companies are under surveillance and facing financial crisis, as real estate is at its all time low and his assured return and other liabilities are all time high. I don’t understand what will be his next move. He will fix all the problems or will run away. that’s the question “Till what time he will be able to distort the investigating agencies”?
