Wtc Noida — Not getting returns from last year June

Dear Madam / Sir,

I write to you to inform that for CBD/02542.

It is almost year and we have not received the rents YET.
Always receiving the standard reply it is in process.
The outstanding are due for last 1 year and the customer service is very poor as no one even replying emails or phone calls.

I am not sure what happening about this WTC project we are feeling like they are cheating us.
