I have booked commercial property at WTC Noida . The Client ID WTCD/00369/16-17 and booked 1D-A-08-007 property.
Last 3 years we have not received interest and same is due on 1st April 2024. I have emailed on 26/03/24 and 08/04/2024 but no response. The WTC is no. 1 in the world. The real estate market is booming in last 2 years. In view of this I request you to pay the interest immediately.
Further all RM are left the WTC and I can not get in touch with anybody from WTC.

Invested in 2013 with assurance of possession within 3 years.
Changed project prone wtc one to one d
Initial project cost increased by 30% by adding unnecessary hidden costs like parking
Project not at all started
Assured returns stopped 4 yrs back.
No response and update
Want my money back with interest.

I'm writing to express my deep concern and frustration regarding the lack of response from WTC Noida in relation to the possession and accrued accounts receivable (AR) associated with our property.

Despite multiple follow-ups since the year 2022, we have not received any communication or acknowledgment from WTC Noida. Our attempts to reach their team have been met with challenges, as it appears that a significant number of...

WTC Noida has stopped payment of rentals for last one year and on Enquiry there only reply is that Vivo ( who has taken the building on lease) is not paying them.

I have virtual space in cbd noida, sector 132, my assured returns are long pending and there is no communication regarding the status of project neither on pending assured returns.
It is disheartening to say that WTC is not able to give a small sum, how the credibility of brands like square yards (promotor) be not questioned.

It is almost year and we have not received the rents YET.
Always receiving the standard reply it is in process.
The outstanding are due for last 1 year and the customer service is very poor as no one even replying emails or phone calls.

I am not sure what happening about this WTC project we are feeling like they are...

I have booked virtual space in WTC Noida, ID ST551, I am not getting rent from July 2022 even they are not attending our calls also.

This is breach of trust and so lack of response from wtc

They had stopped payments last year. And this year again for 6 months. I was told that from November the payouts will restart includingbte pending payments. I received in december. Again in January they have stopped and saying that now it will be given at the possession due to some RERA rules. What absurdity..

Monthly assured payments have not been done since March22 nor any possession info given nor refunding the amount paid since 2013.

I have booked the 335 sft in this as per they will provide the Assured 1% returns every month. Sine more than 4 month they are not paying. even they are not attending our calls also.

I had booked a virtual space of 450sq ft during Nov 2013, under customer ID - SN429 in Signature Tower, which is already delayed and they should even pay penalty on not giving the possession timely by[protected] as informed during booking the project. We being overseas customers they are taking advantage of, believe me if from big companies like WTC world recognized brand we start witnessing such delays and financial issues, How will we NRI's trust any investment to be done back home in our own country.

Company had committed assured return @ 12% Per Annum on a monthly basis. I had paid the 10% booking amount on 06/11/2013 and rest 90% on 14/02/2014.

District Centre New Delhi - 110025 breach the terms and is not ready to pay assured return cheques on a timely basis and are just giving excuses, more over had stopped paying the same since end of 2019 until Feb 2022. And presently also delaying the payments month on month giving same typical silly excuses of accounts reconciliation process going/carrying on, then they start paying for a month and again hold with same excuse of reconciliation, are we customers fools.

Kindly look into this matter and instruct to the company i.e.
WTC to give me the 1% assured return cheque/wired transfer on a monthly basis on time, with penal interest of 1.5% per Month as per terms 8.7on pages 05 as company terms on recurring charges (Vis a vise).

I may add that the company is not providing me the proper documents i.e.
Calculation of interest /Assured Return and power of attorney of the authorised signatory.

The company are realizing the extra money @ 18% P.A. even in certain cases more than that as late payment charges without paying the assured return @ 12% P.A The Company is realizing the interest on service tax and is not providing the detail interest chart to the customer. The intention of the company is evasion of Service Tax so please instruct to the concerning authority to check the service tax calculation of Service Tax No. AALCS6345LSD001 i strongly believe there would be more than 100's of cases of assured return pending with the company, my voice goes for the support all of them.

Kindly take a strict action against the company, its directors, officers and authorized signatory in order to resolve this issue. Please set an example that NRI's should not to be taken for granted.

This is in reference to the virtual space no sn/00452/2013-14 WTC NOIDA. I Alka Jain want to draw your attention as follows,
1. Regarding non-payment of Assured Return.
2. Regarding my booking payment of Rs 31, 76, 381/- against your misinformed received notification of Rs 28, 12, 500/-. Hence I request a return of Rs. 3, 29, 599/- with an interest of 18%.

I received my Assured Returns till February 2020 (received on 3rd march, 2020) and then there was no payment for March to August in the year 2020. After persistent request and conversation, I was granted my own money of Rs 18, 699/- (75% of my assured returns) from the month of September on verbal confirmation till March 2021.

However, again from April 2021 till September 2021 my assured returns were blocked with no notification. I tried contacting the team but they started ignoring my calls and emails. Nonetheless, my persistence resulted in my own money being granted to me with a 50% cut on assured returns without any agreement from 28th Oct 2021. I was now Rs 12, 129/- from Oct 2021 to May 2022 for 7 months barring a couple of months in between where I didn't receive even that amount.

Post May 2022, my assured returns are again blocked with no reason or notification from WTC to date.
My total assured return for this period that has to be paid to be is Rs. 5, 12, 516/-.

We are not receiving assured return from WTC Noida in spite of having paid full amount at the time of purchasing office property.

They have tried several times to sell additional items making false claims that payment is still pending from my side.

I have sent multiple reminders to CRM ([protected]@wtcnoida.org ) team on mail but there is no response at all.

I am thinking about legal action here. If anyone...

I had been talking with different representatives based on the phone number and every time whenever i call, they are asking me to send mail/text but do not respond back. When i signed the contract, i was asked to pay 100% upfront which i did but now they sent a new demand asking to pay 5lac which includes car park of 4lac which was optional and was missed by wtc in their original plan. It was told that wtc will buy back the unit, infact couple of months ago it was confirmed via phone that wtc can buy the unit back but now this option is not available. Wtc cannot corner us to pay. i feel like cheated by wtc
