Sharing my experience with wtc chandigarh:
1. Wtc chandigarh (As well as wtc noida) is under company viridian red.
2. They don't disclose the fact that their director is in jail for taking money from customers and not allotting the units:

3. The employees of wtc chandigarh are corrupt. They will do everything to harass you and take a bribe from you.
4. For example, if you send money to them through cheque, they will deliberately put it in bank after a lot of delay when the last date of payment is over. On this pretext, they will not give you assured returns and will also charge hefty interest from you for the delay. Then they will ask bribe to escape the interest.
5. They don't disclose the project completion status as required by rera on their site and have not started work at the time of posting of this complaint which is far behind schedule. Only god knows if the project will ever get completed.
6. They are very rude people and they talk to you on the phone as if you are criminals even when there is no fault of yours.
7. They make defaults and delays from their own side but expect customers to never delay payment even by a single day (And that too when the cheque is in bank for processing).
8. They stop responding to emails whenever they consider suitable.

Wherein ashishbhalla has taken out funds from the company accounts his brother Abhijit bhalla and Superna Bhalla wife are also mentioned. Arrest warrant is issued on Ashish bhalla’s name and his passport is impounded. Session Court has rejected his bail once and finally he got his bail in third attempt after huge manipulations in the court.
Let me know if you need more proofs on the same matter. Rest as far as Viridian Red is concerned our understanding says:
1. He has huge liabilities of assured return on him approx 250 Crores pa .
2.Even after leasing the space to VIVO he has to shed the difference of thelease amount from his pocket. As ViVO has been leased at RS 14 approx +maintenance. You think what will have happen after this year when minimum lease commitment will be over..
3. Construction is almost stopped in all three projects as per the market reports.
4. Assured return is getting delayed.
5. To overcome funds crisis, he has done buyback cases, which would create huge problems.
6. He has not made the payments of the major channel partners, so sales are all time low. Means no further fund generation through sales.
7. He has fired approx 100 employees in last 3 months. And this list goes on and on...
