I have not received the rent starting from June 2022, it's been more than 1.5 years and every time I call the trustee RSKProfessional they say that it will be disbursed soon.

I bought commercial space in 1D tower Noida, . With promises of AR and possession in year 2022.

I have not received AR since 2019 and no idea that commercial space will ready or not.
As I know construction is paused from long time.

I have a similar issue with WTCNoida. I bought a property in 2016 which was handed over in 2019. I have not been gettting any rents for the last 18 months. They reduced the rent that I was getting by 60%. But even after that they are not paying the reduced rent also. Is there any way we can connect ?

They informed they will make payment for Sept 22 for NDU 542 asap. But so far nothing has been paid.
It is strange that WTC is not updating about the status to its investors! Not sure why such a brand is behaving like this? We have been put to great financial hardship. A collective request might help.

I have an office space in one of WTC project NDU979. There has been no intimation regarding this space since a long time.
They have revised rent rates without informing the investors. Sad state of affairs in administrative department.
Many investors have invested their retirement funds only to find that they have been cheated
Suggest all to collectively take up this matter.

I am an investor in WTC, Noida project and the project is currently being managed by the trust RSK Professionals.

My Customer Id is ST290

I have been in constant touch with their officials (Mr. Ravi Shankar, Mr. Ankit, Ms Richa, Mr. K.K. Singh) but they choose to remain silent or non-responsive even after trying several times and writing multiple reminders to them. They neither respond nor pay the monthly dues to their customers/investors.

I would like to know if the situation has gone completely out of control and there is no hope left.
On the contrary, if the project still has some life, I would like to know in earnest about the timelines by when my account shall get up to date in terms of clearing the long overdues.

WTC noida has not paid rentals to the people who have invested their hard earned money in their project.It has been one year and there has been no payments .On our enquirers they said that Vivo is not paying them.If vivo has not paid them .It doesn’t seem right.How is vivo still occupying the place if they haven’t paid rent for last one year?How is Trustee’s office running with a staff strength of 20 people.Who is paying their salaries? All those investors who are not receiving their rentals should join hands and take the matter to the court.

I also have an unlockable unit at spirectec park, wtc and have not been receiving rentals. I even contacted Vivo and they say they have been paying the rent and even warned me for saying they aren't paying rent. How unfair, ... We unit owners lose out due to the negligence of such big corporates...especially so since wtc is launching new projects without honoring existing commitments...Apparently it's some kind of Nexus else it couldn't have gone on for so long... The building has been leased to the Chinese company vivo and correspondance with them regarding the matter reveals they have made payments in time to wtc but wtc/spiretec park/rsk trust is defaulting in its payments. What yogi government is doing about this fraud company ??
