I have signed up & paid rs 73000 for canada work visa in the month of aug 17 with the commitment and hope given by your team that the whole immigration process will be completed by october 17, even your introductory mail also says about the timeline of 2-4 months only, but its been almost 6 months now and i am yet to face even a single interview by employer to take the work visa process further.

Even i have posted 6-7 communication in your website with the hope to reach to the upper management to resolve the matter asap but all my efforts went worthless.

To the surprise, no one has ever connected to me in this matter other than the case manager and then i get the same lies and false commitment which i have been receiving from last 2-3 months/since sign up.

Your service is measurably inadequate and surely you should try to improve the same and prevent yourself from the practice of misselling.

If you can't provide the service as per your commitment then better not to commit & sell the same. Sooner or later it shall have an impact.

I would want to request you to please provide me the timeline now for completing the process & if you fail to do so then why i should not be asking for 100% refund along with the interest.??
