[Resolved]  WVP International — My passport expired now they put my process on hold

I started my process with WVP in 2023 last month of January. Where they assisted me for Canada Express entry. But my passport got expired, and I am unable to renew my passport due to lack documents and some changes due to my personal reason. So now I thought to give up this idea of going Canada country permanently. Now in month of march I send them mail to refund my money. But they are saying that it is not their fault they can not refund my amount. What the hell is this. If I don’t want to go and asking my money. Then how they can deny to refund my process. I know it is not WVP fault. this is my own wish because I am unable to renew my passport. Now they are say that they can wait for my passport to get renew or I can hold my process for Canada for few month and later they can start. So they said that they will give written confirmation. Now I have no option left. Now what to do. Ok I will wait now.
