[Resolved]  WVP International — PR Visa Consultant

In January 2020, I contacted WVP International for Australia pr visa but unfortunately that time things did not go as per our wish. They even started work after I deposited my amount. Lock down happened and we did not proceed. meanwhile I have started my business here and shelved the plan of moving to Australia for now. I requested many times to please refund the amount as I don’t want to go. The staff previously behaved politely but right now they are saying that your process is going smoothly, if you ask for refund due to personal reason then you will not get it as per agreement clause. I want my money back. I know it is not easy to get PR in Australia, they're lot or many things required. May be I am not in situation to wait any more. Bringing IELTS Band as per Australia requirement is not possible for me. This also one of reason to seek for refund. So please stop misbehaving and strange to me. I know all the process about Australia country. I want my money back at earliest. I have no time to write message to you and your company. If I don't get refund then I won't have any problem because it was my fault. Now show your professional ethic.
