Complaint marked as Resolved After competed for the telephonic interview I have asked whether IELTS exam is mandatory or not, that time only they confirmed IELTS exam is mandatory but before that they haven't informed anything about IELTS exam. And the have never informed me about maintaining bank balance. I was not aware as they details of bank balance to be maintained was in Canadian dollars in report.In initial stage While talking about Canada immigration process I have asked whether IELTS exam is there or not to WVP MY Case manager, she told it is not required after the interview only she told to me depends upon your interview(after my payment done) report and I have attached that chat conversation with previous mail
In initial stage she doesn't explained me properly and started the process and she fooled me and now I am complaining it to you but you people's are not responding correctly to your customer concern and you don't bother about it I had a good thought about your company but it is all waste
kindly refund my amount.
