WVP International — wvp ruthless fraud!!!

Never trust wvp to resolve your complaints! After i marked my complaint resolved, the following is what has transpired to date: (Please notice dates of occurrences from most recent!)

Complaint marked as resolved jan 9, 2020
The company wrote to me through my consumer complaint account. They wrote on jan 22, 2019, headed "kindly resolved this complaint" and continued:
"dear inziko kindly resolved this complaint https://www.consumercomp".

Since this has been a humble communication and we need to be sometimes forgiving, i accepted to resolve the complaint. But if my requests for a full refund are not met, then i will have to complain again on the consumer complaints website.

After resolving my complaint on the consumer complaints website, to this day i have been fooled and no refund has been made to me!

The wvp legal had reacted to my post and asked me to comply by marking this post as resolved, then they can continue processing my case, or then i can fill a refund form. I requested them to mention for me the exact document that was pending, then we can continue processing the case — meaning we would have reached a compliance level. But up to this time o[censored]pdating my complaint, i have received no communication from them!

"dear inziko kindly resolved this complaint https://www.consumercomp"

Thanks for the above humble communication from wvp. I have agreed to resolve the complaint but wait to see the trust from wvp. If there is trust, then i will testify of it.

After agreeing to resolve the complaint and receive my 100% refund, the trust i thought would be utmost is being diluted by the statement that i am to receive only inr12, 000/- (I. E only 23.9% refund) from the total money (Inr 50, 170/-) that wvp received from me. They are still citing issues in the legal agreement but are not accepting the flows that are in their system. So, is that how wvp cunningly profits? The fact is wvp has failed to deliver and has kept lying about not receiving complete documents. Wvp does not care to think of the harm it has done me, materially and through time wastage. It keeps on thinking the company is above the client — the company makes rules and the client follows the rules. Being lenient is being a fool. Let us wait and see!

Now, this day, wvp is suggesting a refund of 15, 000/- i. E. A 2, 000/- increase from the initial 12, 000/-. After loosing time and resources because of their fake business ways, then they refuse to give me a full refund, whereas i am supposed to charge them damages!

Wvp insists i sent incomplete documents, but still when they are asked which particular documents were missing, they cant answer. Now they declared on january 25th that: "as you are unable to provide the documents and were putting the blames on wvp. Now we are unable to refund your amount as the problem is coming from your side. We were always ready to work for you." so, these guys cant even cross-check documents according to the check-list they sent us in order to ascertain any pending document! Pathetic services!

Resolving a complaint has never guaranteed the refund of my money fraudulently obtained by wvp international. This company has not honored its commitment to refund the monies they obtained from ugandans!!! Beware of wvp. I will deliver a fresh complaint for the world to know about these thugs!!!

The original complaint, see below!

Beware of WVP International – Real Scam!!!

I am a key witness to this! It all begun as if WVP International was a credible company, with professional, focused and trusted workers. But this turned out to be a real nightmare! We (me, Michael and one Robbina from Uganda) had signed legal agreements with WVP International in July 2018, with Manpreet being the cases manager. In August, we sent in our documents. While I sent all required documents according to the check-list we were provided, Robbina had only her birth certificate and the bank statement pending – the two pending documents of Robbina were sent one Week to end of the period we were given to submit in our documents.

Then all of a sudden the bitter surprises begun. Manpreet gave Robbina 10 days to submit the remaining documents. On asking her which documents were pending since Robbina had sent the first batch of her documents together with those of mine (that is Michael), she denied receiving any of Robbina’s documents that were sent in August and claimed she only received Robbina’s documents which were sent in September. Attempts to tell her to thoroughly check through the documents sent in August were very futile – Manpreet just insisted she never received any of Robbina’s documents which were sent in August yet the prove of delivery of the documents from DHL (the courier company the delivered the documents) is evident. DHL is a reputable company which actually has no record of mismanaging its obligation to clients! Then without any commitment to ascertain the delivery of Robbina’s documents in August, Manpreet hastily closed Robbina’s case as soon as the 10 days she had given to submit the claimed missing documents elapsed – insisting having received incomplete documents and closing the case for the client not acting within the 60 days as according to the agreement signed. Robbina continued to query the credibility of Manpreet’s decision to close her case but Manpreet stopped responding to Robbina’s queries. It was only in January 5th 2019 that Robbina received a mail from a new case manager, one Kamaldeep, that relentlessly continued with Manpreet’s insistence that Robbina had sent incomplete documents and that her case was as such closed. But again Kamaldeep never even mentioned which of Robbina’s documents were missing as according to the check-list WVP International had provided.

On my (Michael’s) part, when the 60 days within which I was to submit my documents elapsed, my case was closed with a very dry claim that I had not submitted complete documents. On asking the case manager, Manpreet, which documents were pending, she never specified anything but rather, in one of her e-mail communications, she ambiguously stated “there are many documents here …” and continued mentioning some of my documents that she was with. Otherwise I would have expected her to check the documents I had sent against the check-list WVP International had provided us (the prospective candidates from Uganda at the time; for we were more than 15 people). As I continued communicating to her and insisting she critically reviews my case for justice to be done to me, her responses to my mails stopped. Then on the 7th of December 2018, I received a mail from another person, one Kamaldeep, to provide them (or WVP as it may be) with an address through which my documents could be sent back since my case was closed because I did not send my documents in time. This was a very heavy blow of frustration to me. How do I go on to provide an address and my documents are sent back without any legal prove that indeed I had not provided all the documents that were expected from me and that I had sent my documents way after the 60 days within which I was to submit my documents had expired?

In fact WVP International has done no constructive service to me, Robbina and some others from Uganda who had dealings with it at the same period. Instead it has been a real big frustration! WVP International has taken my and others’ real hard earned money for nothing and frustrated us on-top! Amidst the frustrating encounters, there has been real waste of clients’ time! If I am to provide my address, I seek a complete refund of my money, payment for damages and then the return of my documents! If indeed my documents were sent late, we would together do a query on the courier company, DHL, which delivered my documents. We will have to involve the Indian embassy here in Uganda and the Ministry of foreign Affairs o[censored]ganda to ascertain the claims of the case managers. Unless proven otherwise, then I will provide my address to send back my documents. These acts all cast doubt on whether WVP International is really a legitimate overseas career company, as it claims! I am asking myself: “are these not deliberately orchestrated claims of incomplete documents or late submission so as to gradually buy time and retain clients’ hard earned money for no real work done for them?” NOTE: In a number of agreements signed with prospective candidates from Uganda since August 2018, the migration to Canada was to take place within 90 days. But to date, no any one of the candidates has ever received an invitation to prepare for the travel to Canada. WVP International, as it is happening, is a company that will never perform. It fraudulently cons people’s money; creates lies to default its victims on the agreements signed; takes unjustified autonomous decisions disfavouring those who succumbed to its lures; claims will refund some of the money yet after having not done any credible work according to the agreement signed; buys time and tactfully frustrates its victims until they give up! So beware!! Ugandans have fallen prey to it!
