I, B.Raj Choudhary, R/O of #103 Vars Rose Mont Apptments, Green Domain, Kundanhalli, Mahadevpura, Bangalore 560048. I had ordered sport MP3 Music Player vide ORDER No. AB4874646 dated 30 Aug, 2015, by paying Rs.379/- to currier executive, by my illiterate wife, on 5/09/2015 since I was OUT OF STATION to MYSORE. On my return on 7th Sep, 2015 to Bangalore I opened the packet and found that there was no OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS MANUALS/PRECAUTIONS or safety use..It was found that : 1.It was non functional totally. 2.Not getting CHARGED. 3.NON-PLAYING OF FM/and could not play the SD card songs. 4.The plastic attachments are found misfitting /getting off the device.
