Respected Sir/Madam, My name is Samunder singh .Ihave buy a product OID 21493 Samsung guru mobile from there website on 01dec15.When i received this product on 4dec15 When i am going for use and put my sim card in the phone, but phone not detect sim card .When i send a email to return or replace it, then they said our product are not in guaranty or warranty .One more thing their given numbers are not working for contacts.So i am requesting you to help me .
