Hi, I purchased Sony MDR XB-400 headphone from www.chupchaplelo.com website and I got Sony MDR ZX100 with very bad quality. Order number -OID3485. So as per their return policy I returned Sony MDR ZX100 headphone. and sent email to them with courier slip. After long conversation on email with them they told me we received the product and asked for bank details. i gave them details but still i didn't relieved refund. it's been 2 month now. Please process action against these kind of fraud company.
