www.chupchaplelo.com — Wrong shipment of product and deceiving customers

have placed one order on chupchaplelo.com which was one combo of three chinos pants SIZE 34. The picture on the websites were different than the actual shipped products.
The quality of the products is too bad i am not able to wear the product.
The size of pant is 34 which not comparable to ideal 34 size pants. ITS TOO TIGHT UNABLE TO TO WAER THEM CONTACTED CHUPCHAP VIA EMAIL/CALL ITS VERY RUDE RESPOSNE
I requested them to return the product and refund of money, they are not ready to refund.
I asked them to replace the product with another size, they are not ready for that.
The customer care number is not working number.
Overall it looks like it is a fraud company.

I have not got that pair of shoes that i have ordered and they are small in size also so i want to replace it by house number is 739 b2 salahra mohalla rohtak plz make the return process fast and i m not getting option on the site to replace it and when i buy the shoes from site from that they are totally different and worthless
