www.credr.com — Not getting bike documents

Hi,
I have purchased a pulsar (Model-2008) from credr in Hyderabad for a total amount 29000/ on 6th march 2016. Money Includes 26000 bike cost, 1000 bike insurance and 2000 document transfer.
They told me to submit my documents to dealer and he(dealer) will deliver me documents. On 13th march 2016 i submitted my documents(photo id, id proof, address proof). Since then i am following both Credr and Dealer on every week to get my document. Also i told them my urgency that i am moving out of Hyderabad. Credr customer care never responded well, every time they tell me that you will get a call hyderabad team and it never happened. Dealer has stopped answering my calls. Meanwhile one of the Credr guy told me that document transfer is not their responsibility(although they have taken money from me).
Credr charged me rs 1000 for bike insurance. After 2 months they said that they can't give me a insurance and will payback me. Until i haven't received bike insurance payback.
I am in urgency to move out of Hyderbad, Already i am late by a month.
