I had ordered forXiaomi Redmi 4 (Black, 32 GB) (3 GB RAM) with Order Reference FKDHWAFEG - placed on 28/06/2017. Its a week since the order and they hadn't shipped my product yet. I called their customercare no: [protected] several times. There is no response from their customer care, they even didn't attend the calls nor give replies in their whatsapp no: I want to cancel my order and want my money refunded..
