I purchased a case for my mobile from ebay on 20th of december (PaisaPay ID [protected])..The product was delivered on 27th of december & I found that the seller had shipped a wrong item..I raised a claim in ebay (Claim ID - 815410) on the same day..The issue was resolved the very next day as the customer service executive promised me that they will provide me with a refund of 110% through ebay coupons which will be delivered to my email within 7-10 days..Its about 12 days since then & till now I haven't received any coupon..I called them over phone several times and they are saying "my problem has been escalated to the concerned department "..Please do something..
