Beware all lenders: you are on your own and invest only at your own risk
I opened a new lender account about 3 weeks ago and submitted all papers needed. I even paid the fee and transferred the money in the escrow ac.
Can you imagine that there are errors in my account name, bank information and agreement. They can't even match the name to the documents submitted. They are not even checking the documents properly. There are multiple requests to correct my account, which have gone unheard. No response on phone support number and no response to submitted messages also.
I have not come across such a poor response and support from any other online portal in my life. The crm, anupam agrawal, was not only not responsive, but was also rude. Not willing to listen would be an understatement, he actually shouted on me.
Additionally, their phone support is not responsive at all.
Given the circumstances, i would appreciate if my account could be closed and my money be refunded. Was this information helpful? |
