Hello, I am Janak Maharana. I have checked my cibil score there i found that an active loan has been sanctioned and my cibil score is dropped. I have never taken any loan from any one. I found that in credit summary that a loan had been sanctioned of rs 10, 000/- as Fair Asset consumer loan. Please remove from my account i haven't taken any loan.

Sir I taken a loan from Mudrakwik Rs 5000 in the year 2022 and it was already closed but in Cibil report it is showing as overdue till yet so please check and remove it as soon as possible. Thank You.

I have never heard of this company, and i never made a credit card request.
But unauthorised inquiry is mentioned in my cibil report.
Pls remove this.

I have an active loan amount of 4.797 from FAIRASSETS TECHNOLOGIES PVT LTD which I have never availed. Please close and update status on cibil and provide no dues certificate since I have never borrowed any money from them.

Hi, I just pulled out my credit report from Cibil and in that it is showing wrong enquiry for credit card from Fairassets on 20/05/2021 which I never did so I raised a dispute with Cibil and they resolved it however it is with Fairassets to delete my enquiry from my Cibil Report so here I am complaining regarding the same. My Cibil Dispute number is CDS[protected]. Hoping to solve this issue as soon as possible

Hi, I am Mrunmay Waingankar and in my cibil report which I just pulled out is showing that I had a enquiry for credit card with Fairassets on 20/05/2021. I had raised the dispute with Cibil and they had resolved it however it is with the company to delete it from my report. I tried searching for their contact details and found nothing on the google so I am raising my concern here. Here is my Cibil Dispute number CDS[protected], I want fairassets to delete this enquiry from my account.

FAIRASSETS on 26/03/2021 showed on my cibil report as an enquiry. However, I've not authourized FAIRASSETS to check my cibil score. Please provide me the resolution & I want to remove & penalize this fake company or data seller scam company.

It has been settled but still showing due in my Cibil Plz get me NOC for this account which i have mentioned here & my Cibil is badly impacting in my cibil score & i contacted the slicepay they said FAIRASSETS TECHNOLOGIES INDIA PVT. LTD is not associated with slice. But I have taken loan in this app only but they said reach them fairassets technologies For NoC

* I Already mailed you so many times but no response from your Side

So Plz solve the issue *ASAP* ...

I have never applied for a credit card from this company. However when today I checked my cibil score, there is a loan from this company, which I am not aware of neither The ammount is credited to me. Plz resolve the issue as the same is affecting my cibil score.

I had taken a mini loan from loan app named Mudrakwik and paid due on time in Feb 22 and again i was sent a reminder email from March 22 for payment, since i had already paid i have replied multiple emails sent from your end with the receipt of payment done.
But since then i have replied multiple times with the payment receipt attached, still due was not updated, also this impacted my credit report since March 22,

Later on dated :27th July 22 again second time also i have paid and shared the payment details in your official email, but nobody bothered neither to the mudrakwik nor the Fair assets is bothered.

Since March till November, cibil is drastically reduced because of your company negligence.

Please look into this matter before i could complaint with RBI against you both.

I had taken a mini loan from Loan app named mudrakwik with the lending partner named Faircent or fair assets on Feb22 and paid my due on time.
Since I have paid on time there was no follow up calls for delay payment.
I was waiting for loan closure confirmation in credit report from mudrakwik, but didn't go as expected.
Later after a month during March 22 i got a email reminder from Faircent or fair assets for the payment, i have replied multiple times with the payment receipt attached in the email, they said "since mudrakwik didn't update to lending partner the due is still showing due", this was response i got from lending partner, if any paid we will update on the same.

After a while i get again reminder email saying loan due has to be paid, i tried reaching fair assets, since there was not contact number for mudrakwik to reach i have to suffer a trauma because of this, informed in conversation with CCE that I have already paid due but still I'm getting a reminder, a lady from Customer support shared me email to reach mudrakwik via asked me to send email to loan app, this went continue for almost from March 22 till July 22, later second time again i paid and shared a paid receipt.

There were multiple emails sent to mudrakwik and also lending partner Faircent and fair assets, but nobody bothered about my credit impact from March 2022 till November 22 which is almost 9months, because of these companies negligence i was rejected in multiple bank loans for which these companies irresponsible i have to face financial depression.

I want a justice for this, due to this, my credit report is in negative.

Please look into this matter and help me with this

I haven't applied for any credit card from this company ever but when I checked today my cbil score then 30000 Rs amount as a credit card is showing as well which I'm unaware.
