Hi, I have placed a order(order no: FNC-2082) for teddy bear worth Rs1599 on 12.2.16 in flowersncakestoindia website to be delivered on 14.02.16.But while placing order the people come in livechat & make us to place order.They even do whatsup chat also.but after the amount is paid & while we tried to contact the ph.no([protected], [protected]) in the website, no one picks the phone.I need the product to be delivered or the amount back to my account.it is a fake website.please be aware. They write midnight delivery in description and then do not deliver at expected time.. and say you should have paid 200 extra for mid night delivery. Customer care is very rude.. and not at all bothered to help you.
