Order ID: ISPFNC[protected] was placed on 5th May, 2013. The gift was worth Rs.2300

This was supposed to have been delivered on 19th May, 2013, bu has not been delivered till date. Two numbers listed on the website (+91 [protected], +91 [protected]) are non functional. There is no response over e-mail as well. Moreover, I have noticed similar complaints against this website, dating back to 2011. I am amazed at how this fraudulent website is flourishing without being held accountable. Are there no laws against online fraud.


This is a fraud company and please be aware of it.

I have been looking for a website to send a wine hamper to one of my friend. Since the person has a good taste of wine, I didn't want to order a lower quality stuff. I liked a~Rs1800 package and sought more details from their online help. Someone with name "Rahul", mentioned that Sula Delux would be supplied. On quick search I couldn't find anything and any review on Sula Delux

Just to avoid sending crap to this friend of mine, I went to a link with a picture of sparkling wine bottle. The package was costlier by Rs400 bucks, So I asked the same representative, on quality of wine(all their packages just mention wine hamper without giving any details about the quality). He wanted to quickly close his sale and was getting restless for 5 min of his time. He soothed me by detailing that it is a sparkling wine Sula Brut. The package seemed worth to me with~Rs800 listed price of the Brut bottle and~Rs900 for cake and paying Rs500 for a delivery.

The order was delivered well on time. Later in the day, while wishing my friend he made a reference on wine delivered. I felt very bad about the some Rs300 bottle been delivered to him in the hamper.

Just to ensure that it is not by mistake from this site, I contacted their online representative(Rahul again), and when I listed my full details and commitment from their side, he went offline. For their dismay, I ended up taking a snapshot of chat, before the representative blocked me out of the chat for no reason whatsoever(which I have provided in the attached), so such customer service is brought to everyone notice.

Obviously I was desperate to send a wine bottle else I would have preferred more trusted sources such as Archies and FnP. And people behind this venture took full benefit of it. To my surprise, when I searched for venting out my thoughts on this painful experience, I found few more of such cases. Guess I should have done that earlier than making an order.

My order number is: FNC-0558, dated 27 December 2013 for the company representatives, who are really serious about finding the lapses in their services and for people who think I have not availed their services.

Never use this online website to order flowers, cakes, or gifts, etc. to be delivered to India! Out of three orders (to be delivered on Mothers' Day), only one made it on time. The next two reached a day later after calling them multiple times. The flowers that arrived were pathetic..not even the same flowers I ordered. See the picture! Other order had a cake too, and that was bad as well. No response on any of my emails, and they never pick up the calls!
No refund for the pathetic service and when I clicked on the chat window and typed my questions, I was literally "Banned from the chat"! SO rude and unprofessional!

Never ever order anything from this fraudulent website . The wine delivered was stale and cheap and normal glasses instead of wine glasses were sent. The customer care numbers provided on website are non functional and no one responds to the e-mail complaint.

My order no us FNC-4399, they have taken 3000 rupees and haven’t delivered my order which was supposed to be delivered on 12th Sep’2020. There are 2 numbers given +[protected] this number is non functional and +[protected] is the number which was picked once on 11th sep’2020 by some guy and was said that the order is to be delivered by 12th sep and now both the numbers are non functional and not responding.. these guys are frauds and really playing with peoples emotions.. these people should be sued and some action must be taken.

My order number is FNC 4504 which i had ordered on 23rd May’ 21 but till date it has not been delivered. This is a fraud site please don’t book from here. Customer support numbers are also useless as they never respond. This site should be banned.
