[Resolved]  www.indiaflowergiftshop.com — Did not deliver inspite of collecting payment in advance

As far back as on 14th August I had placed the below mentioned order and paid the entire amount in advance. I am very disappointed and upset and sorry to say that the order has not been delivered inspite of various follow ups with your customer support. I was promised first that it will be delivered before 5 pm then 6 then 7 pm but till night it has not been delivered. U have deeply hurt my sentiments by not delivering the flowers and gifts on time inspite of taking payment in advance. Now I m in dubai but when I m back next week I will take up the matter very seriously with your company and take you to consumer court.
