Dear Diptarupa,

I am trying to follow up my case again, I called to your customer care number and spoke to Rima Mukherjee for 13 minutes (on[protected], 12:56pm), and she was not able to solve my issue & told me to send emails again.

First of all, this is not an attempted delivery, I already explained everything before, vendor called around 3 pm on the same day of delivery (28.01.2016) and told that he got the delivery information from your company just now (3pm); delivery location was almost 40kms away from the vendor. I told him that he was too late to deliver this on that day to the school because the school will close at 3:30pm and no one will be there to receive when he reach there, I advised him to go on the next day, he said ok first and then no response from him & he didn’t pick the phone when I tried to contact him.

Your delivery guy didn’t go to anywhere with the gift, he didn’t spend any single paisa for that delivery; I am 100% sure about that. And school security didn’t see any guy attempting for this delivery.

Kindly look in to all these facts seriously, if you are fair & sincere with your customer, please refund the money. Or deliver this again in any date of your convenience (because I am fed up with the follow up).

I am waiting for your sincere reply and I will follow up this case until I get a solution.

Dear Sir/Madam,

The information mentioned below is wrong.

I paid money for your service and getting mad & lost money because of your staff’s irresponsible way of coordination. I clearly mentioned in my order that the delivery is to a school and even all the kids know the school timing.
Kindly give me a solution please..
