My order number is[protected] dated June 25, 2015, replacement received by them on[protected], no action yet.
They are used to send incorrect product against ordered.
They are not bothering about sending ordered product after the receipt of replacement even within 10 days, even after they have in stock.
10-20 days are nothing for them to provide solution against Grievance, They will provide services on their convenient only, " Time to Lagata Hai"
Do not waste your time by calling multiple times to [protected] solve the issue, they have nothing to do with consumer grievances solution within 7 days.
