www.lensclues.com — The lenses of the Eyeglasses delivered were of the wrong power.

On April 25th I ordered a pair of Eyeglasses from www.Lensclues.com. The order number is[protected]. They shipped the Glasses on May 2 via DotZot.in Tracking number: i[protected]. I Received the glasses only after 13 long days on May 15th. I opened the package only to find that the Lenses for the Glasses are of incorrect power. I had uploaded my prescription as required, but they have sent me Glasses of a different power. Calling their customer care number is not yielding any results at all. Several calls have resulted in the same response. they say that they will ship a replacement pair of Glasses with the correct power, But i am yet to receive any details about these "replacement Glasses" being shipped. I was promised that the glasses would be shipped today, And i told them that if i don't Receive an Email confirmation by Tonight, I will File a Complaint with the Consumer Forum. Hence Writing here. Kindly Ensure that my Problem gets resolved.
