Vide Order ID: 34964 I had ordered a Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge Tempered Glass Protector High Definition Premium ( 0.25 mm Curved 2.5 D ) and made the payment as required. Along with this product, I was also eligible for an extra glass protector along with this order. I did not receive the ordered Glass Protector; instead I received one piece of protector film that was not even curved as mentioned. It left a space of almost 10 mm on both sides. Immediately upon receipt of this item I had informed the company [through contact us option] about this mis-match; but did not receive any response from them. Vide email dated 12.05.2016 I wrote to WishNext Enterprises MyScreenGuard.com who replied and advised me to "create a return request at myscreenguard.com". There is no such option on MyScreenGuard.com website. I emailed the problem on 13.05.2016 and requested the solution. But till date, despite several reminders, I have not received any response neither the correct product nor a refund. The product sent does not match what I had paid for and I have been cheated.
