Dear sir/madam,
As on 10/05/2017 i had ordered redmi note 4 of rs-12499/- from shopaaz.com. The order was successfully completed and the payment was done by credit card. After 2days the order was cancelled automatically by saying that vender/seller is not having this item in stock. They msg me that the payment will be credited within 7 days. I had also call the customer care centre they told that your order had been cancelled for above reason and the payment will be credited as on 17/05/2017 afternoon on your account. But i haven't recived my refund money yet... And their service no. Is not working.. So plzz help me to give my refund amount back... My order no. Is 106197 Was this information helpful? |
