On 8th May 2017 I ordered for Readme note 4 above specification mobile handset with www.Shopaaj.com.Sincethe order was not supplied, I called their call center number and cancelled the order and I was confirmed over phone by their representative that order has been cancelled and the amount will be credited to my account in fifteen days time.But to my surprise till this date my amount is not refunded to my account. My Order ID: #106731 for redmi note 4 on 4 may, and cancelled on 10th may, and received an email that amount will be refunded within 7 days with cash back now its been more than 12 days my amount has not been refunded yet, and toll free number[protected] is off. Shopaaz has cheated me, shopazz.com customer care number[protected] please help.There are thousands of other people facing the same problem....

Sir, i had ordered redmi not 4 64gb rom 4gb ram from shopaaz. Comon 10th of may 2017 and paid rs12499 by debit card. But on 13th may shopaaz.com send me message that they are unable to delivered my product and will refund my money within 5-7 days. Or 5%cashback but sit i didn't got any refund till today. The company has also closed its customer care service and removed their address from their site and not responding to any mail sent to them.br...

As on 10/05/2017 i had ordered redmi note 4 of rs-12499/- from shopaaz.com. The order was successfully completed and the payment was done by credit card. After 2days the order was cancelled automatically by saying that vender/seller is not having this item in stock. They msg me that the payment will be credited within 7 days. I had also call the customer care centre they told that your order had been cancelled...

On 13th May I get an sms & email from Shopaaz.com that my order has been cancelled and my entire money will be refunded along with 5% cashback within 7 working days. I have booked redmi 3s prime on 06/05/2017 at shopaaz.com my order id was 103392 and amount of Rs 8499 paid online by paytm and received a message on my mobile that product will be delivered within 5-7 working days but on 12/05/2017 they cancelled my order and sent a sms to my mobile that your order is cancelled and refund will be credited to your account within 7 working days. but they have not refunded money till today (20/05/2017)...
