I Have purchased following item from www.shopefun.com. Order ID: [protected] Product Name: Adidas Winter Lower Product Code: SF005 Quanity: 1 Due to size issue i have booked return for the same on dated[protected] and got confirmation email for the same stating that man from them will pick up same within 5 to 7 days. but till date more than 13 days have been passed and no one has picked up the item or called me regarding it. I have tried to call on numbers mentioned on webportal +91-[protected] and +91-[protected] but no one is picking up the call. Both the number mentioned on website i.e. +91-[protected] and +91-[protected] is shows either switched off or not reachable. Such a worst service !! I have also gave them warning regarding taking legal action but all invain !! Please see the image attached below with the Order number and the amount paid to them.
As i am complaining to the consumer forum, i request to take a strict action against
www.shopefun.com, they are surely 100 percent fake.
I have lost my money hopefully as the numbers are switched off, but i assure to assault
this company.
And bring them to the court as they are cheaters.
