After repetitive phone calls more than 50 time in past four months, there is no hearing of a harassed customer of the shopping site i.e, www.shoppingsworld.com Also i was informed that the product which is going to be delivered was PHILIPS INDUCTION COOK TOP vide email dt.05.03.15 but when i received some other brand induction cooktop. I informed customer care of your site. they said it will be replaced, so i did not even check the delivered product. I ordered a induction cook top worth rs.3000. The delivered product was not even in working condition. Neither the product was replaced nor did I receive any refund.
