Xank — defective product received

Ordered a watch online few months ago.

I received the product, defective piece, product was of very very poor quality,

I requested for refund, providing pics of the damaged product, they asked for a video, to which i replied that would i be knowing the product would be defective, i would have taken the video as well.

There was no proper response from them.

Aafter two months they sent new one which is also of same quality and broken.

Now, i am requesting for refund but no reply yet.
