Ordered a watch online few months ago.

I received the product, defective piece, product was of very very poor quality,

I requested for refund, providing pics of the damaged product, they asked for a video, to which i replied that would i be knowing the product would be defective, i would have taken the video as well.

There was no proper response from them.

Aafter two months they...

As i got to know about this website from instagram. The features was very much fascinating.
So i orderd one watch by paying online. But after that i didn't receive any call or message from xang. Tried alot to check my order as well, tried to contact over the phone call & by email also but there is no response as of now.

I had ordered the product on 22nd august 2018, through xank.in i have also attached the pics of my order details. I called customer care team of xank.in they are saying that my phone number is not registered with them but in the screenshot it’s clearly seen that my primary information is there with them. After seeing a compromising AD i have booked a smart watch. But the watch delivered is not the same as shown in AD and more over the delivered watch is not working.I tried calling to their customer care number but system interface is mentioning all the lines are busy wait for a while.i tried to connect with them for mote than 25 times but no use. This is to inform you that i purchased a wireless ear phone from xank. Online shopping 15 days ago and received the material on the 1st of august. On the very same day i told them that the product was not working, i charged the ear phone also but still wasn't working. They asked me to mail them regarding the same and said my product will be replaced. Now they have blocked me and also do not attend my call....

It was first time other than popular websites i have purchased and have been waiting for there reply since 3 day they have said 24-48 hrs in call but i haven't received any communication from there end and there land line is not working replacement or refund my money

I'm received wrong item as per website given details and options and operating system not available..
And not a same model that they send to me 500 item but they take 2000rs amount...
Whay stupid company do that's wrong i want my total amount 2000...

This website is fraud.. Please don't buy from these fake websites.. They are making money by selling irrelevant products and even don't bother to reply on mails.

As, i received earpods of same ear, which are of no use. When i sent them mail, they are not replying. I just want my money back.

I suggest that the name of company should replaced from Xank to "Fake Xank".

I've recently bought a product for 399/- I received a defective piece from their end It wasn't working. And after I called their customer support they're not responding. It's been one day I bought this product and after that Whenever I tried to contact them or give my no. they cut my phone and not picking my phone and constantly saying we don't have any policy for return. They're not even responding I think I'm looted by a fraud company....

I had purchased a wireless head phones on the website. The picture shown on the website and the product delivered were not close to the picture on their website, for instance the product displayed on their website was white whereas the product delivered was black .

The minute i received the product i sent them a mail but there response was that they don't accept return or refunds whereas their website www.xank.in has mentioned...
