Xank.in — delivered a different item in low quality

I am ordered a smartwatch from xank.in. after delivery am recognized that the item is differ from what I am ordered. Am contacted them through phone and no response from them. And I mailed them . Then the company says that they deliverd the same product and have no policy to return the delivered item to exchange or refund.. and in the site they told that that has 1yr manufay warranty, and the delivered product has no bill and no guarantee card . And the quality was very cheap.How a company can stand irresponsible like this.
