I have ordered hbq i7 thinking that buy one and get one free would be 2 ear peice in each box as it showed on advertisement. Also there is no charging box given which was shown in advertisement. As spoken to xank customer rep named riya informed her about the product at first i tried to switch on one earpod it was working and other was not working at all so she said that they dont have refund policy and they are based in delhi and they dnt have any office in mumbai so they cannot help also [protected]@xank.in is there customer service email id on which i tried to send the email but couldnt as it says email address not found. As suggested by her she asked me to send the video of the product as i am trying to switch it on which i did and found now both the earpod is not working. I got a reply stating 'kindly charge the earpod and than try to switch on and them send the video' which i already did. I want the refund kindly help me in this case.
